Sherry FitzGerald is pleased to announce the launch of a brand-new franchise in Athlone, which will now trade as Sherry FitzGerald Quain. This new venture will be led by Liam Quain, an experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in the property industry, having worked across Cork, Limerick, and Dublin.
Liam holds a degree from University College Cork and completed Auctioneering studies at Cork Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) and serves as a National Council Member. As a TEGoVA Residential Valuer (TRV) and a fully licensed property services provider through the PSRA, Liam’s credentials underline his commitment to delivering the highest standards in property services.
Having moved to Athlone three years ago with his wife, who is originally from the area, and their young family, Liam is now firmly rooted in the community. Athlone, known for its central location, thriving economy, and strong links to both Dublin and Galway, is a key strategic market for Sherry FitzGerald. The town has seen continued growth and development, with Liam and his team eager to contribute to this positive momentum.
