NO sub-letting of the property. We generally refuse to assignments, therefore only the named tenants on the lease agreement will be the only allowed individuals to reside at the property.

Rent is €1800 .00 paid monthly in advance by standing order.
Security Desposit is €1800.00.

"IF" your party are being considered EVERY ADULT will have to complete an application form and provide the following documentation requested on that form within a certain timeframe.
a. Proof of affordability
b. Proof of current address
c. Proof of government photo i.d.
ALL information which is supplied will be reference checked a verified prior to any formal offer of a lease.
