Property Description

2-bedroom apartment August 2026-August 2027 – Blackrock (will give proper address on further contact).

Layout:
Two bedrooms, one bathroom and one large living room/kitchen for rent.
There's no contract - we will be abroad and will return in August 2027. We will be in touch with our nearby relatives and neighbours who can help with your keys and viewing. Our landlord lives outside of Dublin. You can leave anytime within this one-year timeframe and will receive deposit as long as you’ve given two months’ notice.

Rent: €2000, does not include the €80 a month internet fee.
One month’s deposit and one month’s rent needed up front. Viewings mid-July, asap.
Separate electricity and gas bills come every 2 months and will vary between winter and summer depending on use, but the average is 200-300 every two months in summer and 250-400 in winter.
There is, of course, WiFi, a clothes washing machine (no dryer), oven, refrigerator and freezer, heating is on a timer (that can be set from 30 mins for showers to several hours to heat the home), pots and pans, TV and other general household items. No dishwasher.
Free parking and community bin collection.

The pub/supermarket/pharmacy/takeaway are all about a 5-minute walk away.
Bus services directly outside of the estate: L25, 7B & 7D.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to Smurfit Business School and another 10 minutes to Blackrock Village with its shopping centres, pubs, Dart station and buses 4, 7 and 7A into the city centre.
From home in the other direction, it’s a 20-minute walk up to the Dual Carriageway for Stillorgan Shopping Centre, pubs and Stillorgan Cinema, as well as bus services to UCD and the city centre (E1, E2, 47 and X2).
