All utility bills will be registered in Tenants own names as they will be responsible for payment of them (electric, gas, refuse, broadband/SKY, TV licence and tenants rental insurance. (for your own personal belongings).

"IF" your party are being considered EVERY ADULT will have to complete an application form and provide the following documentation requested on that form within a certain timeframe.
