There is a porch feature around the door prominent to the front elevation. There is a Grant Euroflame Condensing Outdoor Module 70/90 situated to the back of the cottage. The external walls are freshly plastered and painted white and there is a gravel footpath around the house. The front door is a heavy wood freshly painted black. A spotlight is in place over the front door. There is a shed on the property adjacent to the gate lodge.
