We will need the security deposit paid straight away, as this will allow us to withdraw the property from Daft., confirm the property for you.
Regarding electricity, when you come into our office, we will provide you with the current ESB meter reading and go through the process of putting the utility bills, including ESB, into your names.
Regarding the parking permit, my understanding from speaking with the owner today is that everything is now clear for you to contact Dublin City Council (DCC) directly. You can pay the annual fee and arrange for the permit to be put into your name.
The leases will be sent to you online. We will need both of you to sign them and return them to us before you move into the property.
Regarding the keys, once everything is in place, you can arrange to come into our office to collect them. We will have the keys ready for you, along with a nice box of chocolates!
Just a reminder that the first month's rent must be paid before you move into the property.
