Web: Stokes Property Consultants Ltd. was founded by Simon Stokes in June 2012. We offer a full agency, management and consultancy property service across all types of property. We specialise in taking care of all our clients’ property issues and problems ranging from management of single residential investment properties to providing advice on and solutions for complex commercial property challenges.

Simon is current Chairman of the SCSI Residential Agency Professional Group which represents approximately 40% of the membership of the entire SCSI. The Group plays a very important role in shaping our profession through influencing Government and policy makers, and communicating the benefits of our profession to clients and the wider public. Simon was a member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute before the merger of the two bodies.

As a regular contributor to the weekly Irish Times Property Clinic, Simon enjoys the challenge of solving property related problems. He has also given CPD lectures on topics such as client management software integration.

Simon has been in practice for over a decade and has provided agency and consultancy services to corporate, institutional and private clients throughout Ireland.
