The practice covers purely commercial property dealing with agency, investment, rent reviews, general valuations, asset valuations and other property related work including Arbitration and Expert proceedings.

The practice reflects the Directors’ view of the importance of a highly qualified independent experienced firm which can provide personal contact between principal/professional and client.

The principal Surveyors are included on the Expert and Arbitration Panels of The Society of Chartered Surveyors in the Republic of Ireland, and are regularly appointed by agreement of the parties.
