A full management service is provided and includes the following service: Dealing with all tenant enquiries, Donnelly Property Services will then liaise with you in relation to any maintenance work that may be required Rent lodged to your account on a monthly basis Rent statement will be provided on a monthly basis Frequent inspection of the property.
