Consultancy / Advice

Directors
Mark Cusack BSc MSCSI MRICS, RICS Registered Valuer, graduated from the Limerick Institute of Technology in 1993 with a Diploma in Valuation Surveying and Estate Management. He completed his studies in Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Estate Management. His qualifications include full membership of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Mark has worked in the Munster region in the commercial agency and professional services field where he has developed an established reputation gained over 25 years of experience.


Gillian Dunne Assoc. SCSI, has been working in the property business for 25 years and started out in a local Limerick firm. She has an NCEA Marketing Diploma and is an associate member of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. Gillian worked in the Dublin residential market for a number of years where she gained a wealth of experience and understanding of the property market. Gillian specialises in residential property including sales, lettings, property management and valuations. Gillian offers her clients a personalised and professional service and has built up a solid client base where many of her instructions are won on a referral basis.
