In 1989 the third generation, Eamonn, a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, London and a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors, Ireland, returned to the practice. REA Spratt have more than 85 years experience working in property throughout Co. Waterford and East Cork.

In 2014, Spratt’s joined REA - Real Estate Alliance, a highly regarded Property group yet Spratt’s still remain independent to ensure that we maintain our personal service.
