Property Partners O Brien Swaine was established in 2008 by Paul O’Brien & David Swaine who previously held senior positions with one of Irelands biggest Auctioneering companies for 10 years. We have 4 offices across Dublin and Wexford with a large sales team. We also have a full property management team who look after a large property portfolio spanning 4 counties. We are part of The Property Partners Real Estate Group which is an independently owned auctioneering group with more than 25 offices nationwide. Since being founded in 2000, Property Partners has established itself as a leading Nationwide player in all sectors of the Irish property market.
