The lands comprise a mature mixed forestry plantation, predominantly coniferous, which is understood to have been established during the 1990s.
The property enjoys dual road frontage onto the N52 and an adjoining local road, providing excellent access and a strong roadside presence. This level of accessibility enhances the property's suitability for ongoing forestry operations, including harvesting, replanting, and any future management or development potential.
To the best of our knowledge, the plantation has not been thinned since it was established. We understand that all applicable forestry grants and subsidies have been fully claimed and that no penalties have been imposed in respect of the plantation.
