It is well fenced and there may be the possibility of potential for conservation or renewable energy opportunities: carbon credits, environmental taxes, business schemes and farm schemes. There is an old stone house which can be accessed from the county road via a partly stoned laneway.

DIRECTIONS: Take the N56 from Ardara for 2 km, take a slight right onto the R230 for 14.3km, turn right onto L1075 for 900m, turn right and continue for 650m and the entrance will be on the right hand side, adjacent to Eircode F94 P2R2.

Deposit: A deposit (amount to be confirmed) is required from all interested parties who will be using the online bidding facility. The successful bidder's deposit will become non-refundable as soon as the property is sold and a binding Contract is entered into. The deposit payable on the signing of the Contract is 10% of the purchase price. If there is a shortfall in the deposit, furnished by the purchaser prior to the auction, then the purchaser shall be required to lodge the balance of the deposit with the auctioneers within 1 business day of the online auction. If you are not the successful purchaser, your deposit will be returned to you (in full).
