Demolition is currently underway, and the new building is due for completion in Q4 2028. The building will target the highest sustainability credentials including NET ZERO CARBON 2030 (Operational compliant), LEED Platinum, BER A2, WELL Gold, Smart and Wiredscore Platinum with premium club standard end of trip facilities for staff and clients.

Location

One Pembroke is located close to the central core of Dublin City and is well served by public and private transport. The DART line is particularly close, within 500m walk, connecting occupants to the coastal rail route and wider intercity network. There are a number of primary bus routes passing along Northumberland Road and Pembroke Road, including route no.’s 4,7, 18, 27, 120, and a number of bus stops along Wilton Terrace and Lower Baggot Street, served by both public and private commuter services. It is anticipated that Bus Connects Corridor Route 14 will pass along Pembroke Road to the west of the site, connecting the city centre to UCD and Bray. Green Luas Line (which may be replaced by future MetroLink) is 1.8km walk from site at the Charlemont stop, which connects the site to both Northern and Southern suburbs.
