Letterfrack village is a lively, vibrant village that is the centre of Connemara National Park with a range of pubs, restaurants, supermarket and retail outlets, various community projects and G.M.I.T campus. The area is well known for hosting a number of small festivals annually, from Bog Week (celebrating local flora & fauna) in May, the Connemara mussel festival also in the first week in May and the Sea Week in October a celebration of all things maritime with walks, talks, exhibitions and some very fine traditional music.

THE SITE: The site extends to 0.65 Hectares (1.6 acres) of current grazing land, being gently sloping towards the road and with good road frontage. The boundaries are clearly defined and there is a gated entrance.

The proposed house would have excellent views over the local coastline and surrounding countryside.

There is mains electricity on the road so a connection would be easy.



Directions
From the centre of Letterfrack head out on the Tully road, after 1.7 miles you pass Ballinakill Bridge and then turn left signposted Derryinver and the Connemara Loop, proceed on this road passing the Heritage and Marine Time Centre on your right, after 1.2 miles, at the junction at bear right and at the next Y junction (1.3 miles later) bear left. After 1.4 miles keep straight (not passing over the concrete block bridge) and the site can be found on the right hand side marked by our `For Sale` board.
