Dublin Host Families are delighted to offer this independent self contained studio (part of the owners family home) located in the ever popular commuter town of Leixlip. Ideally situated close to Intel and Hewlett Packard with easy access to Confey Train Station with several bus routes (C5 / L54 / L58 / L59 / X31) only minutes walk, linking you to Dublin City Centre and beyond. Certain household bills are included in the price (There would be a small contribution towards Electric & Gas) The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€150) This studio would be available for 6 months initially (there might be a possibility to extend further) The rate for the studio is as follows: 5 nights per week (€175) 7 nights per week (€250) Please email to check availability.
