This Attractive, 3-bedroom stone-built, 1.5 storey farmhouse, with a courtyard of original stone outbuildings is a classic example of a renovation project. It has not been lived in since the early 2000s,The roof appears to be in excellent condition, relatively recently replaced. The front windows were replaced in the early 2000s with PVC double glazed ones. The house is not habitable as it stands. Most of the inside will have to reimagined. A vintage Stanley oil range heats the water.
The stone outbuildings in the courtyard are built of excellent stonework, possibly of gentry origin, and these buildings have some unusual features. One, we think was once a residence in part.
