A 3 minute walk from the house takes you to the local equestrian centre and a little further on leads to fabulous forest and hill walks.

The area has very good broadband coverage and is just 30 minutes to Derry City and Derry City airport. Local bus services are excellent to Derry, Letterkenny and beyond and a daily return bus service runs to Dublin from town. The Lough Foyle Car Ferry Terminal is less than ten minutes away and is an approximate 15 minute boat trip across Lough Foyle to Northern Ireland where there are countless things to see and do.
