81B The Campshires, Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2

It is situated on a magnificent site on the river, west of the Samuel Beckett Bridge. It is one of the only surviving warehouses of its type along Dublin’s Quays. Great care was taken to respect the special character of the existing building, while fitting new amenities such a mezzanine floor, a new boardwalk and a new rooflight lantern. The original sliding doors, which were beyond repair, were replaced with new solid French oak doors, re-using the original cast iron wheels and tracks, but now operated electronically. The buildings external boardwalk, located right on the river quay edge, provides spectacular views of the Liffey.
