This building has permission to trade as a "Take away", but was extensively damaged by fire a number of years ago. The property occupies a prominent location in the busy market town of Cahersiveen and has excellent rear access via courthouse lane. With the new grant aid being made available by the government for accommodation "over the shop", this might prove to be an interesting project. There are ambitious plans by the local council to rejuvenate this part of the town as can be seen on the attached document.
