THE LANDS: The lands in total extend to 2.771 acres with the main Letterfrack to Tully road splitting the lands. The lands to the north of the road (circa 1.38 acres) are wetter in condition and from a feasibility study have not been used to accommodate any dwellings. This is not to say that future development is not possible.
